]In case of cancellation, the full deposit will be returned if notification is received before May 10. Half the deposit will be refunded if cancellation is notified before June 10. Those cancelling on or after June 11 forfeit their right to the entire amount deposited.
If an insufficient number of participants register for any of the youth camp weeks, the full deposit will be refunded by June 11 at the latest. |
